San Felipe, located on the west coast of the Sea of Cortez, is becoming a premier destination for retirees, second home buyers and people looking for oceanfront property that allows an affordable quality of life that is difficult to find in many coastal areas of the United States. This past year, with a record number of hurricanes affecting the Atlanic and Gulf of Mexico coastline areas, a surge of interest in real estate has been happening all alongthe Baja Peninsula. The proximity of San Felipe to large metropolitan cities (San Diego, Los Angeles, Palm Springs, Phoenix - all 7 hours drive or less) has created a flurry of real estate activity in the past year that will most likely continue at an aggressive rate for the next several years. Prices have been going up steadily in San Felipe.

New construction of subdivisions, golf courses, hotels and a plan for a completely remodeled marina have changed the look of San Felipe. Commercial flights are coming soon to the area and this will accelerate the boom of this 'sleepy' little town that is now being discovered by people looking at San Felipe as a place they would like to call home. The location of the San Felipe Villas is amazing!

Walking distance to town with restaurants and shopping makes the villas convenient. But the oceanfront perch with unobstructed views of both town to the right and the Machorro mountains to the left of the back patios is what makes them breathtaking. There is a gated, private staircase to the beach area about 20 feet down from the cliff area where the villas are situated. The grounds will have a swimming pool area and a palapa for the residents to enjoy. The exterior design of the villas is modeled with a Mediterranean flair.
